goutami should start from LPI ..anyways it remains stationed at LPI ...infact SC - NGP SF should also start from LPI ...SCR can also think of decongesting SC by using MLY - SNF loop line ( which freight uses currently ) ...for this the train should be provided stoppages at LPI / HFZ / SNF ...
Already Gouthami extension to LPI given. From next month Gouthami, Cocanada exp will start from LPI.
