Bro I'm from mining background I understand pollution problem but it's not about pollution alone, thick forests are being chopped down for various reasons which includes polavaram in the area. And dependence on coal is going down.

One thing needs to understand is.. These are not thick/dense forest.. Polavaram and this rail route are two different directions and two different things.. Most important thing is Railways/governament can develop forests much on the near by areas while lying this route..
Most importantly it will reduce distance between SC/KZJ to VSKP/HWH. acts as a 2nd route in that area and removes congestion/loco reverse problem in BZA. It will give needed connectivity for tribal and industrail areas of khammam and godavari distrcits, which is lesser known to world..
Another thing is while having

a highway through that route, why cann't a railway route be made, As this helps a lot to eco system than a highway..

Present loading and unloading coal by scr in ramagundam regoin is 6cr per day. Still railway is neglecting the manuguru-ramagundam line. Defenately it will boost the areas between rajamundry and ramagundam.

Sir, according to me, first priority must be given to Nadikudi - Sri Kalahasti line, as it will be the shortest distance between Secunderabad and Tirupati, and also connects inner regions of Guntur and Prakasam districts which are highly underconnected.
Then after that, Kothagudem - Rajahmundry line, so that Manuguru is easily connected to North Coastal Andhra.
