Sir, due to yesterday's incident some changes have been made by you in trip diary which is appreciated but i have a query regarding that,
1. As per now, in a trip diary 4-5 (or more) passengers are sharing the same trip diary. So if a random member/pax login into trip diary with the motive of polluting the blog, and we report it and subsequently the trip is deleted. In that case will the other pax also be not able to continue their trip entries or they can continue it as usual without being affected?

We shall also have an individual PNR banning mechanism soon, which will be available soon. Theoretically, there are many things that can happen. We don't want to prematurely implement too many unnecessary security mechanisms. If and when such incidents happen, they will be addressed accordingly.

Thanks for the clarification and yes, the mechanism of banning individual PNR will curtail those type of nasty blogs to great level without letting trip diary entries of other genuine passengers being affected.
