Then losses of these Mumbai suburban operation are very huge and fares have to be increased in hectic manner.
Now the Central and Western Railway's have shared the Sub urban losses by the long distance train / goods operation.
So separate Sub urban zone for Mumbai need not be implemented for the benefits of Mumbai people.
