Lol,sir it is long exposure photo...even though it is travelling like 5kmph,that 5/10 sec exposure pic output will be like above.. AFIAK speed limit is <30kmph there

Yes I agree but i said this case not with only this train pic but including frieghts which dont follow speed restirictions one of my friend work in Railway dept he use to say this when he come accross such situations during his works..

Its not really going fast. Its just a long exposure photo, and as the train was moving it appears as a blur. Also, KSK has a halt at UBL. So the train will be moving slowly.

Yes I knew about this Pic sir but i said about the fact of other trains where employees feel not enough time to inspect the train correclty.I pointed that case here cause after seeing this Roll out Roll in Lighting and also trian inspection going on so thought this is right place to put light on the issues often come accross by Railway employess who are on such inspection duties for Roll in Roll out..

I took the Example of this train pic and Employee inspecting train and here in this case train might be not running speed but in certain cases LP will not follow Speed restrictions during such inspections especially Freights i heard..
