Ab IR me Cabin ka kya use hota hai jyadater Cabins per to abondoned hi likha rhta hai?
cabins mostly control the junction points/switches that control the incoming/outgoing line on station.
the abandonment of cabins is probably due to newer, more sophisticated method of controlling junction points like RRI or ESI, which drastically reduce the connections required to control the points, so when NI works are taken up they probably get abandoned in favor of more centralized, SCADA based control.

Supervisory control and data acquisition
there are terminals, called as RTU's which relay the data back to the central office on wires, from where the whole thing is controlled, rather than having dozens of mechanical linkages which would lead to the need for multiple cabins to control traffic flow on different lines.
