But Jo sahi hai wo tho sahi hai na. Railway nai isko plan as a Intercity Kiya hoga. Last time le coaches ki condition dekh kar inko janshatabdi ka idea mil Gaya. Isiliye ye proper implement nhi ho paya. GS ko CC Mai badalna chaiye tha.

I think isko intercity hi rehne dena chahiye. Speed to bhadegi nhi upr se Extra charge JS k wo alg.
