Haflong is a town and headquarters of Dima Hasao (former North Cachar Hills) in India in the state of Assam. It is the only hill station in Assam. The biggest station in between Lumbding-Silchar section. A new, clean beautiful station. Station itself is a tourist attraction and many people come here just to visit station. There is a big tunnel just few meters ahead towards Silchar. While a train enters in the tunnel it looks awesome from the station.
