We were fairly satisfied with the services the train and the staff had to offer. With all the variety and the comfort this train provides, I feel satisfied with the pricing of the tickets. The seats are super comfortable and it does not affect to your back at all. The only drawback we observed that the televisions attached to the seats have less stuff to offer. They should increase the number of movies or should expand the choices to the traveller. Hoping that such type of trains will be setup for other routs as well. :-)
