highest level of currption is in rvnl. most of rvnl projects are either delayed or totally waste. rly shld nt alot any developments work to rvnl now..
RVNL ke works ko check Karne ke liye railway official appointed hai...CRS clearly pointed out poor quality of material used...

bhai yahan rvnl ne galti nahi ki hain issue is of signalling
yahan par solid state interlocking hain with Std III R SIGNALLING
to crs ko signalling quality upto the mark nahi mile ..sare problem wahin se chalu hui ,speed trial mein bhi signals ne problem ki

Try to read actuality ....First he get mad over S&T department ...then he move inside “power cabin” where the daily register was not maintained ....then he saw the signal lights ...the lights were of low quality ....and the last he found issue with RVNL as not having enough gap bw FOB/ROB to track or wire ...say clearance gap !!
