Yes,u may change to fixit.Actually Shipra/Chambal group are atleast 1-1.5 Hrs. Late and they are entered into PF 13 or 14 as many long rake trains block Pf 9 whereas Pf8 is reserved for Poorva,12 for Bidhan,10 for Intercity,11 for SER locals...Hence only 13/14 rarely remains vacant for it.
