it would reach DEE most by 50-70 mins late ..
But if it ran well it will reach 20 mins late at Max...
I don't know about breakfast but i think it will be served to you..
During my trip by 12214 It reached Habibganj at 7:40 40 mins early and then also breakfast was given to us..

Catering chgs from Ypr-dee and sc-dee is just 10rs difference...i hope they will give actually thye will serve ... in i took current ticket from bpl in SBC raj and that men told me they will not give dinner in train...but while boarding catering men ask about food...at 9:45pm..
