actually we were seven people traveling in the same train. four tickets were booked in AC 2 tier and remainig three in AC 3 tier.. all the three seats in three tier got confirmed but in two tier we got just one seat.. if it was a day journey then it was O.K. but night journey was really a nightmare... we asked the TTE. whether any seats were there but there wasn't a single seat. at the end what we did was, five people went to three tier and two were in two tier..and to tell about the journey with such a congested area the train was 1 hour late.. any way the journey is over now.. Along this i travelled in many other trains also but with confirmed tickets.the remaining trains were [2493, 2425, 9226, 2409, 2494] only 2493 was at right time and remainig all were late at least...

Thanks for posting your travel experience. You may post the info... how you dealt with the TTE... Did TTE allow extra passengers i.e. 2 WL passengers of AC 2-tier ? Did you pay anything extra ? How was his behaviour & attitude ? Was TTE co-operative ? Whether food served to WL passengers ? Had TTE taken any objection for WL passenger's boarding ?

i was traveling with my two sisters and mother. our four people's ticket was booked in AC 2 tier.. while in the AC 3 tier the tickets were booked for my father, uncle and aunty. so when the train came to the platform at NDLS my father went to my seat and i went to his seat.. i don't know what TTE told them. but when he came in 3 tier coach i simply explained that he went there to ask the TTE(OF 2 TIER coach) whether we could any extra seat, after that he went away.then i didn't see him again. ya the food was served to everyone. after we had dinner then my father and mother were sitting in the one seat which we got in 2 tier, and i along with my uncle, aunty and two sisters got adjusted in three seats in 3 tier.it was really a...
