KSRTC is Govt owned buses. They make profit or loss depending on the subsidy they give people. They are least bothered of these trains.

There are no pantry cars in this train. Some space in the coach is allotted for pantry ( heater, oven, fridge etc...) by removal of some seats.
If state is least bothered about KSRTC fine, but railways will definitely bother about any new line or under utilized line they built. If they come to know the travel analysis of road/buses is heavy on particular route and there is railway which can accommodate new trains, they will definitely introduce/extend one or start as special to check demand. Right if they are owned by politicians, then ruling and opposition govt will come into picture, all on toss.
Try reading again, will help a lot. I didnt say state was least bothered about KSRTC. I said KSRTC are least bothered about trains. They make profit or loss as usual.
