I am now on board 20889.My coach is B16. Other than side curtains and Extra charging sockets everything is like a normal LHB 3A. Shocking is toilet is not Bio fitted. No reading lamps per berth etc. These coaches of HWH - BZA/YPR Humsafar lacks most Humsafars features compared to Champaran Humsafar.
Ya. 2016 manufactured. But the coaches are meant for Humsafar still no extra features. I have visited B-13 to B-15 also. Same situation
