We all know what slack time is and why it is given
But sometimes for some trains slack timing is given extremely long in some sections
It is a common phenomenon for MEMU/DEMU/Passenger trains, but sometimes we can see huge slacks in some M/E trains too
For example, if you see the tagged PNBE-KIUL MEMU TT (Screenshot attached), you will see that the time allotted for LKR-KIUL section (1
3 KM) is 1
5 hrs
This means in that section the avg speed of this train is less than 1KM/H, which is literally equivalent to the speed of a tortoise
Similar cases we can observe for express trains like 13134/13120 etc
