Rescheduled to start at 1030 hours today , is this in any case related to the late arrival of Bhopal Shatabdi Express last night ? 12001 reached at 04:47 AM today morning which was scheduled to arrive NDLS at 2330 hours last night. 12002 departed right time today...
Yes, most probably this is the reason as HBJ-NDLS Shatabdi has an complex internal RSA maybe with all NDLS Based Shatabdi trains, most chances are with Kalka Shatabdi because of exact same composition.
