Well, Falaknuma is being bought in early these days so as to give the huge General Pax of Falaknuma Extra time to settle in without rushing and thus helping the RPF and TTE too to control the General Crowd.. So, when ever it's decided to bring in Falaknuma early, Shatabdi is given 3 or 4
