My train is running late by more than 5 hrs. . and i want full refund on my e-ticket booked from irctc website , how many days will authorities take to perform an action and refund my full amount and what is the procedure for that ?

Okay thanks to all for the Info. My train is Udyan Abha Toofan 13007 date :10 Feb , schedule dep from newdelhi was 8:10 pm but ican check its status that its been running more then 7 hrs late till now .. So i am cancelling it or may file the TDR , any expectation that they will give me full refund in a month or so if i file TDR on this train ?
I have Cancelled one Ticket in 8th october 2011 and the refund is yet to be credited.
