Retiring rooms are on PF 1 (First & Second floor)
12 hrs stay costs around Rs 98 (incl GST) for Non AC Dormitory (6-8 beds per room with Shared Bathroom)
Rooms have couple of Coolers, some Charging points, Almirah (to keep some valuables, but you need to keep under Lock & key)
Mostly Non AC ones are easily available . AC ones most...

Do you have inside picture? If yes, than please post it. How is the cleanliness in the room.
Since other people were also present, i couldn't take pic of the room.
Cleanliness of the Dormitory & washroom was Good to Ok.. But bed sheets & pillows were bit old & dirty.
