Should 12827/28 have onboard catering by IRCTC officials in CC coaches when LHBfied?

That's the main question I have no answer of.🤔🤔 Continuation of RSA stakes high chance.
IMO RSA should continue. Atleast RNC Inter will be LHBfied along with it. So when will DGHA Super AC be LHBfied? The present Rake is no more worth travelling and by paying flexi fares.
I personally feel after lhbfication prr sf will be an individual reck.rnc intercity may also be an individual reck in d future because rnc hwh spcl may be calked off leading to only one route of rnc intercity ie via tata.so minor adjustments in time table and we can have one individual reck for both prr exp and rnc intercity as icf as well as lhb in d future.what has to be kept in mind also is that pm at hte not good enough.so that may be a reason in future for discontinuation of rsa if at all it happens
