Shaktipunj is not about the source and destination, it's about the route. Only train on its route
Shaktipunj is a Legendary train. It's route is also unique. Definitely should get LHB.
It's of extreme importance for the Passengers of intermediate stations, the Passengers of those intermediate stations find it difficult to get tickets on this train as this the only daily train on this route, even Howrah Bhopal Weekly Express is scrapped. So your proposed extension from Jabalpur would put those intermediate Passengers in much more misery than they are right now- which definitely shouldn't happen at all.
