While we do nominally allow multiple IDs, these multiple IDs are NOT allowed to engage in misuse and "mischief". Voting multiple times in the same poll using multiple IDs, rating each other IDs' blogs using multiple IDs, etc. are classified as "gross misuse".

What Moderator, you will just make announcements about eliminating multiple IDs. When I question about the implementation I get warned.

You don't like questioning, then do something....... atleast advice this person to stop harassing people BEGGING for ratings. How many IDs to block?
