Very good step by IR with many benefits:
(1) People either take bottles at home and use it to store drinking water which is unhealthy. Good for the health of mineral water bottle buyers.
(2) Or People left such bottles in the train which is used by fraudulent vendors to fill fake and unhealthy water and sell it to customers and earn huge profits. Good for the health of mineral water bottle buyers.

The business of genuine vendors selling healthy mineral waters is not badly affected.
(4) Chances of the existence of unregistered vendors selling fake mineral water to rail paxs, who are prone to commit crimes like thefts also are eliminated.
