in past the halt of bpl stbd at gwl was 3min, their was an incident when alot of passengers missed their train and after that railway increased the halt time.
Yes, that happened to me as well.. we couldn't deboard as lot of passengers were trying to get in as soon as train stopped... aisa lag raha tha jaise kisi train ke general me chadne ke liye dhakka mukki ho rahi ho :)
