Yes SBC and MYS staff are trained to handle HOG. For the past 1 year or so, MAS DD,SBC and MYS Shatabdi are running with HOG ED/RPM/LGD WAP7s with the cables connected to EOG. Now MYS Shatabdi runs with HOG till MYS.
