But TVC mail was always a fast one between MAS and TVC

change the name as ananthapuri for this and name that as mail. very simple and doesnot carry any contradiction.

Thou it sounds simple.... not practical as there will be utter confusion and chaos for pax who have booked tickets in these trains for post 90 days after name swap...

The mail concept was introduced by British. Mails were used to carry letters. Nothing to do with stops and speed.
