Hello there, I have a basic question regarding reservation. Please help. If I book a ticket from Mysore to Chennai (which goes via Bangalore) and board the train at Bangalore, will my ticket/seat be valid still?

if yo wnat to book in 6221 then book from KGI insted of mysore .you will get confirm seat and will not have to change the boarding and you will be saving on fare also
