Road transportation is badly affected today due to earth slide at 5-6 places in Shiradi Ghat. Many buses were stranded and were later diverted via Charmadi ghat. One of my relative is in a bus and he informed me. Hope, railway line is not affected.
I took this train yesterday from Mangalore. It already reached Mangalore 15 to 20 minutes late.
It reached Surbrahmanya Road by midnight. Stopped there till 5 45 AM today. Then returned to Kankanady by 7 AM.
PA was made at Kankanady station to take refund at counter No 1.
I could see people alighting at Kabaka Puttur and Bantwal...
