Well maintained, clean platforms with water (SM based) availablity. Proper announcements are made from time to time. Regarding RFing, I'd say, its a nice place for snapping trains. Many trains stop & a couple of them pass too like Dibrugarh Rajdhani & Sealdah Humsafar. So overall RFing is 5/5. Regarding Auto/taxis, I'd say once you exit the platform premises, you are bound to get surrounded by atleast 15 auto/riksha walas like a gang. Beware of them as they ask for some hefty amount to go to places. It would be much better if your relatives are there to pick you up/or tell the relevant prices. Caution point : This may sound silly, but I would advise not to take the main FOB joining PF 1 to 4 when a train is arriving/passing by. I have noticed that the FOB shakes moderately and I think it might require some refurbishment. More info...

Be careful, as they might ask for a lot of money to take you places. It's better if you have relatives to pick you up or tell you the correct prices. Just a little tip: avoid using the main foot overbridge connecting platforms 1 to 4 when a train is arriving or passing by. I've noticed that it shakes a bit and could use some fixing. Toh overall RFing ka rating 5/5 hai. Auto/taxi ke bare mein bolun toh, jab tu platform se bahar niklega, wahan par kam se kam 15 auto/riksha wale gang ki tarah charo taraf se gher lenge. Inse savdhan rahe, kyunki woh bohot zyada charge karte hai. Achha hoga agar tumhare relatives wahan pe hai taki woh tumhe pick-up kar sake ya phir sahi rate bata sake. Ek savdhani ka point hai: Ye thoda ajeeb lag sakta hai, par main to yahi suggest karunga ki jab train aa rahi ho ya pass ho rahi ho tab PF 1 se 4 tak wale main FOB ko avoid kar lena. Main ne notice kiya hai ki FOB thoda hilta hai aur mujhe lagta hai ki usko thoda sudhaar ki zarurat hai. Aur agar mujhe aur yaad aata hai toh main aur details update kar dunga.
