its not same route. Its a new line project from PNP to BJO via Shamli-MOZ.
2 bridges on River Yamuna & River Ganga will have to be built.

I say Meerut- Bijnor new line, Bijnor people will be directly connected to Delhi via a shorter route. This line is the need of the hour.
