This is about IR installing Loud speakers that emanates sound of Honeybees near Railtracks where elephants are moving near or crossing at anytime. Railways found that elephants are irritated with sound of honeybees and they downloaded sound of honeybees from internet and installed on loudspeakers.
This is real saving of elephants.
