The reason SER has so many lhb AC Coaches is because if u remember in few yrs back railway budget SER got 3 nos PREMIUM Trains
1. HWH-PUNE PREMIUM ( Inaugurated by then RM Suresh Prabhu from HWH stn later after 1 trip this train cancelled again started few days back as HWH-PUNE HUMSAFAR and that is the reason that this time there was inauguration function for this humsafar because it is the same train that was once inaugurated by then RM Suresh prabhu with type of train changed from PREMIUM to HUMSAFAR)

HWH-MAS PREMIUM which was also inaugurated by then RM Suresh prabhu from CHENNAI CENTRAAL stn as MAS-SHM Premium which also after 1 trip cancelled.
3. SRC-LTT PREMIUM only announced but not introduced later its timing and days of run was used to run TATA-LTT ANTODAYA.
So all coaches received by SER from RB for introducing these trains are now lying as extra LHB AC coaches with SER . So SER is havinv a huge unused collection of Lhb AC Coaches
