Hatia CDO receives more than 150 complaints from all four divisions about 12827/22891/08627 RSA. Huries into Swarna Project.
HTE CDO falling under SER achieved 2nd last position in LHB maintenance, before KGP CDO and last position in maintening intercity trains. As per report, more than 45 complaints have been registered from Ranchi itself regarding cleanliness and maintenance of the coaches. ADRA & KGP div. made a combined score of 98 complaints and rest were registered at Tatanagar station under CKP division.

Exactly similar incident happened at SRC when SRC-ANVT EXP departed unclean from pitline. GM SER surprisingly went onboard that day. Guess what? All the appointment staffs received warning letters with some suspended for a whole month. Having the level of inspection at HTE is far fetched even in dreams. GM's surprise visit will never come as true surprise there. All will be ready with their syllabus covered just for one day presentation.
RB never reverts with reason unless it has it's prime concern over it. Here, we are left to have our own estimates behind it's move.
SER is also i think somehow responsible for this....How many MEMU rake does SER have now? I think it is hardly 10 to 15 MEMU rakes max.....So how can SER ask for another MEMU shed when KGP and TKP is there for MEMU...SER should procure more 15 to 20 MEMU rake dedicated for TATA and ADRA instead of using rakes of KGP Division then ask for a MEMU shed then approval will definitely come from RB. RB is now very watchful and decisive in spending money any unfeasable project or trains RB is not at all ready to spend money now. If project is properly feasable then only money allotment will come fast
The change has to start in the thought process.instead of having src take entire load of pm ;it should be divided among neighbouring stations of src on priority basis .like bauria;amta;mourigram;andul.trains which have close to 10hrs or above stay at src can be kept at panskura;mecheda;bagnan etc.in this way problem of cngesion at src and at hwh can be minimised.rsa in prime trains can't be the sole soln.
