You have to walk through pedestrian over bridge from platform no : 17 to 18 across some Parcel or RMS area, or from outside the station over the road to New complex...
Also Reservation counters are also shifted in S.E.R's new complex above in 1st or 2nd floor....
Overall it takes 3 to 5 mins from Old complex to New complex...
