In the entire section, the newly laid rail is being replaced by a new one and the black painting of the sides is going on.
All the stations have got 2 PFs and new station buildings are being constructed too as part of doubling.
At Devarapalle, the existing PF at rail level is abandoned and 2 new ones are built.
