From my previous trip back home.
1. As expected, train is excellent in cleanliness. You can always observe cleaning staff running here and there.
2. Considering punctuality no doubt, early arrival at most of stations. What I feel is this can really be sped up by over one or two hours. We did arrive NKJ almost early by one hour. Maybe this should instead share time slot with SRC Pune till BSP, instead of trailing Mail all along.

Food services, certainly not so good as no pantry available, but you can always find vendors getting in for beverages and snacks.
4. Fitted with bio-toilets with instructions in braille, the washroom has a special baby protection seat.
5. There are charging points for everybody, one excellent step by IR. Also, there exist side-lamps (alike 2AC), however, they didn't function.
Overall, it was a 'Not so special Journey', as no major facility exists. Could find nothing much distinct in Humsafar. Wonder what is such a high and dynamic fare charged for.
