I had cancelled two ticket on 14 Oct 2018..Irctc says amount refunded in account on 15 Oct..But I have not received money in account even after 9 days..What to do ?? Where to complain ?

Then Paytm will receive the refund and then Paytm will redirect it to your bank.
Whatever it is, earlier the refunds used to be received in 3-4 or max 5-7 working days. But these days its taking too much time. I have used SBI & BOI debit cards and in both I got refunds after almost 20 days of cancellation (didn't notice when IRCTC initiated refund process). The status said refunded with no date, date of refund appeared when I received the money.
