Forget NWR for the initiative..it's a poor zone when rakes are considered but still manages to run 3 odd Humsafars..
ER should have the initiative...I guess MDJN-SDAH AC spl should be regularised.

Yes. That's right. But AC SFs are not getting introduced. Only HS are given now.
I doubt HS with dynamic fare will get filled. Example is PNBE BBS HS SPL . When it used run as normal Spl it ran jam packed . HS ran almost empty.
