yaa sir we can't understand the what the WCR is going to do another pair is not announced for this train and there is a need to regulise this train.
This is second time, such a train has rum between BPL and GHY in last 6 months, check timeline of 01631, and the reason I can think of is Railways Coach workshop, at Bhopal, where coaches are overhauled every 10-12 years, and put back to use again, So instead of attaching dead weight to other M/E trains, these coaches are despatched as special trains to HQs of Rly zones, which here is NFR,
The train seems to be very small this time, with only max 2 sleeper coaches, and no AC Coaches.
