Plz Never stand in Queue for Prs Tickets Cancellation at Chennai Central in the Morning Hours. The Actual Queue is for Tatkal Tickets and The Queue is Very long from First Floor to the Groung floor. Some of the Guy's in the Queue will say to you that this Queue is for all and make you stand there. But don't Listen to Them and Plz Headed towards the First Floor for Cancellation.
