This is absolutely correct.DakshinLink train is to be scrapped.APACexpress should have sleeper and GS coaches and train is to be made into SF express .Dakshin Exp should be made a 24 coacher.There is a proposal to extend the Dakshin Exp up to Bidar to have primary maintenance at Khanapur pit lines.I dont know what happened to the proposal.
Based on update in SCR website on 2 Jan 2019, Moturu-Mandavalli-Kaikaluru-Akividu section of 38 kms will be inspected by CRS in Feb 2019 and will be commissioned in March 2019. Is this the primary reason for speeding up of 17256/17214/17232??
