I feel now it is high time ser should come to a decision regarding hwh prr sf exp and rnc hwh int exp rsa.because of rsa most of the days 12827 gets rescheduled because of delay of 22891/08627.cleanliness is the worst in unreserved coaches.ac seats r not that cmfrtable and many seats r broken .water in the taps most of the days fininshes before the destination ie prr.12827 punctuality is also the worst.dont understand why th e ser officials are turning a deaf ear to the prblms of this rsa.or this is simply bcoz ser doesnt pay ny imporatance to prr bound trains.rsa should end.what are ur views
