Is there any seat quota fixed for the number of tkts that can be issued thru internet?
Both PRS counter booking and online booking run neck to neck that is parrarel.
The process of booking at both the places go to the centralised reservation centre (hub) monitoring the entire reservation system. Note that there is no .. not at all .... break up of quota seats between Counter and online.
