The Tte was saying 60 cases were registered in march regarding the misuse of manual upgradation in E tickets. The person will check his e ticket with the Tte,after that he will meet another Tte to get upgraded by paying the difference amount,and his friends will be travelling in his earlier berth with another print of the first person's e ticket.
This type of misuse were noticed and the facility is withdrawn now
