15-20% for AC special fare special in general or this particular one?
They've mentioned Special train with Humsafar rake is categorized as 'Air conditioned special ' So category is not Humsafar. Its AC special
Reg. 30% extra fare, all Special fares having reserved classes (Except second class reserved )charges 30% more itself. So its not any different fare structure.
