Your video is awesome and has covered numerous aspects of these refurbished ICF coaches that seem to have been built in the 1990s as it can be made out from the iron bars on some toilet and main gate windows of AC & Non-AC coaches. I guess IR wants to somehow preserve its old coaches from getting scrapped when they complete their 25+ years of service life. Other IRI Members can elaborate better on this issue :)
