It's 9.15 and It's still showing chard not prepared for 2618 (Mangala Express) with leaves delhi at 9.20. I m boarding a train from kalyan tommorow. Can anyone tell me when will the chard be prepared? Rule says Chart get prepared before 3 hours of departure of the train. I m confused.
