How many people will agree that this train should start earlier in Visakhapatnam to reach Aruku before 08:30 PM or 09:00 PM to have good sleep in aruku at night. Will be helpful for #Tourists and #Locals .
And start tour trip early in the morning can also witness beautiful sun rise in morning.
And also will be helpful for aruku people who works in Visakhapatnam can reach aruku by night to their respectable home.

This train was started recently and its main aim was to give good connectivity to the city of Jagdalpur from VSKP. Now its perfect. Though the return could have been better.
If sleep, people going to home right in time for dinner and all is considered, then each and every traveller is equally important. Tourists are not special that their "sleep- sunrise watching" is considered by RB while preparing TT.

I would say the train should start at 23:40 pm from VSKP to reach araku at 03:00 am and continue its journey further.
