Do you think a Trash Bin should be provided in each and every coupe of a train coach?
**Currently they are located only at both sides of coaches- below wash basins.

But one point I forgot to tell you that day. Even though lesser number of passengers use the trash bins, often they become overflown. That means the number of them are not adequate. What's your view on that?
Mostly people in train doesn't know there is a trash bin also in there coach.
Trash bin ke upar khade hoke hi trash ko jameen pe daal dete h.

They have to be cleaned at designated stations. I have seen in some trains the staff appointed, cleaning them. In CSMT - HWH kolkata mail, I saw it being cleaned at Etarsi, in TPJ - SGNR HS,it was cleaned at Pune, and many other stations. In both the trains I was in AC class, so the situation might be different in non ac class. The primary truth is that along with passengers the staff also needs to be kicked up to retain the cleanliness of trains.
Trash bins must be cleaned regularly. If the train bins can't be cleaned regularly either due to remote area route or less halts or skipping major stations, then 2 trash bins can be placed one beside other below wash basin on both sides. Then there will be 4 trash bins per coach. I think this will be enough as most people don't use trash bins
